M.Si, attended the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) of the regional regulation establishment agency (Bapemperda) throughout Indonesia, which was held at the SM Tower Hotel and Convention Berau regency, East Kalimantan (Kaltim). The series of Bapemperda Rakornas activities began with a dinner for Rakornas participants on Monday, July 22, 2024 night, at the SM Tower & Convention Ballroom. Participants were welcomed directly by the Regent of Berau, Sri Juniarsih Mas, and Pj. Regent of Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) East Kalimantan, who also serves as director of regional legal products of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Makmur Marbun. The opening of the Bapemperda Rakornas event continued on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the same place. Participants Rakornas Bapemperda derived from the chairman of the provincial parliament Bapemperda, head of the provincial law bureau in Indonesia, as well as Bapemperda district/city and head of the legal division of the district/city in Indonesia. .Rakornas Bapemperda was opened directly by the Director General of Regional Autonomy of the Ministry of Home Affairs, who is also Pj. The Governor of Kaltim, Akmal Malik. In his speech, Akmal Malik said that Rakornas Bapemperda is an important momentum to reorganize the standards for the formation of local regulations and concrete formulations for better local regulation products. "We hope this Rakornas produces a formulation that leads to a better goal," he said. Secretary of the Provincial Council of Papua Barat Daya, Johanis Naa, ST. M.Si, stated that this Rakornas became a forum for provincial DPRD, district DPRD, and provincial law bureau and district law division to interact and coordinate related legal products and common understanding in all processes of determination of legal products. "As a follow-up, synchronize legal products in DPRD, the Law Bureau, the Regional Office of Law and Human Rights, and the Ministry of Home Affairs," he said. Until the end of Rakornas Bapemperda, the Bapemperda Coordination Forum throughout Indonesia is committed to compiling an inventory of problems related to national issues regarding regional legal products and preparing problem-solving actions. They are also serious about guarding the rule of law to realize the strengthening of political, legal, and bureaucratic reforms in local governance towards a Golden Indonesia 2045. Bapemperda Forum asked the Ministry of Home Affairs to make a circular as a reference in the process of harmonizing the formation of regional legal products with reference to the results of Rakornas in Bangka Belitung province in 2023. This letter confirms a number of periods of the harmonization process of the formation of legal products in the regions. In addition, they asked the Directorate General of Autoda of the Ministry of Home Affairs to follow up on the results of Rakornas in 2024.
